Here is how our Visa Sponsorship Program works to ease your transition:

• Upon signing agreements with selected recruits, Kissito begins the process of filing employer Visa-related documents, testing individual needs, and providing needed funds to meet submission timelines, working closely with you and assisting with each step of the Visa process.
  
• Upon receipt of your Visa, we cover the cost of your relocation travel.
  
• Recruits undergo a paid preceptorship/orientation process.
  
• Furnished housing is provided during the 3-month transition period.
  
• Assignment is determined for a permanent position at one of our 10 nursing and rehabilitation centers
