KARNES CITY HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER RANKED #1 IN KARNES COUNTY!

The QRS rating is utilized by potential residents, doctors, hospitals, or anyone that needs to easily compare nursing homes in their town, city, county, or the entire state of Texas. We are ranking number one in our county and very high in the entire state. We are very proud of this score because it means that we give great care and did very well on our Annual Surveys. Our facility received a deficiency-free survey during the February 2008 review and received very few deficiencies during the Life Safety Code survey, which makes the score on the QRS higher.
