Gary brings his positive energy in garnering accurate and timely financial information from the accounting team. As a young newly minted ensign in the U.S. Navy, Gary learned early that a team can only be successful through proper management of resources, for which he counts highly upon his uniquely talented and hard working staff of accountants. Gary’s years as a college accounting instructor have come in handy in enabling his staff to better serve the needs of the entire Kissito organization.
Gary has a MBA from the California State University in San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. Gary’s accounting career started as a divisional staff accountant for ADP’s largest set of books in the Los Angeles region, and then later promoted and transferred to Atlanta. Gary later became an internal audit supervisor and financial analyst for another Fortune 1000 company in Atlanta before relocating to Washington DC for a long engagement.
Later, Gary truly found new life and opportunity after moving to Roanoke in 2010 where he has firmly planted roots after given a chance to ride on the Kissito bus. Gary’s accountants never refer to themselves as mere number-crunchers when they feel like that they are an integral part of the much larger goal in the betterment and care of human life.
